Where Passion Meets Performance

NXT LVL Female Soccer Training was founded by Jessica Sweat and Karinna Williams. As players, trainers, coaches and mentors in the world of female sports, they recognized disparities within the realm of soccer that hindered the success of female players. 

Starting a female-exclusive soccer training service aims to provide a dedicated and supportive environment where women and girls can develop their soccer skills, boost their confidence, and pursue their athletic goals. Such a service addresses the unique needs and challenges faced by female athletes, offering tailored coaching and resources that might not be available in mixed-gender settings. It promotes gender equality in sports by creating more opportunities for women and girls to excel and compete at all levels. Additionally, it fosters a sense of community and empowerment, encouraging more females to participate in sports, thus contributing to the overall growth and diversity of soccer.

In the early days, women's soccer in Tampa Bay, was largely supported by local clubs and high school teams. Enthusiasts and local organizations laid the foundation for the sport, promoting youth leagues, collegiate, semi-professional and professional women's teams, encouraging girls and women to pursue soccer at a serious, competitive level.

Determined to further make an impact in the community, both women developed an indoor training facility conveniently located near Tampa International Airport. Their facility allows for technical and performance training to take place in a distraction free environment exclusive to female athletes.

By focusing exclusively on female athletes, their training service also aims to inspire confidence, enhance performance, and contribute to the overall growth and visibility of women’s soccer. With this emphasis on inclusivity and support for female athletes, they hope to foster greater achievements and generate broader recognition of women's soccer in Tampa Bay. Together, both women are serving the community by providing their knowledge and expertise to help female soccer players reach their next level of play!
